Is life that bad?

But, do you realize it? When we live, we will not feel the thing called satisfaction. Humans are never satisfied. After successfully having one thing we want, we will have another desire, and so on like that, who knows how long it will end.

What is the definition of happiness? Happiness is a state where we are satisfied and enough. From this definition, we can know that we must feel satisfied first, then we can say that we are happy.

But in fact, we will never be satisfied.

When we live a life that is mostly full of feeling tired, bored, unmotivated, stressed, for just one day. At that time, we also wonder, will I be like this tomorrow? Then, when will I get out of all this, when will I be happy?

We only live once, time will pass, and are we going to live like this?

However, it is not advisable to cultivate the thought that “There is no such thing as happiness”

There is another way, for us to feel happiness, at least a little.

That is, be grateful. Gratitude

And also do not compare our lives with others.

With gratitude, we will feel enough. We are grateful that we can be given something we want. That’s it. At least when we are grateful, we can enjoy our own lives. We don’t need to compare our lives with others, because that will tend to make us dissatisfied.

As it turns out, we don’t have to wonder when we are happy. We can create happiness by ourselves, indirectly. We just need to survive. Live your own life, don’t take care of other people’s lives. Live with our reality, don’t expect too much. You believe in God, don’t you? He won’t let us suffer either.

George Bernard Shaw said that “We have no right to enjoy happiness if we are not able to create happiness; just as we are not entitled to enjoy wealth if we are not able to produce wealth”.
